Kanani Ching
Kanani Ching was born in Chicago and raised in Arizona. She moved to Hawaii from Arizona in 2002. Kanani currently lives in Kapolei with her adorable adopted dog named Makoa. She started her real estate career with Marcus & Associates prior to signing on with Coldwell Banker Honolulu Office in 2018. Most recently Kanani worked as a Realtor for DR Horton selling the new Ho’opili development.
Kanani has a degree in Business Management. She spent 11 years managing the Catering and Convention services department for luxury hotels which is the foundation of her customer service and what she based her real estate business on. When Kanani is not spending time with her extended family, she plays golf. Her 5 year old nephew and 2 year old niece are the center of her life.
Krissy Ancheta
Krissy was born and raised on O’ahu and graduated from Hawai’i Pacific University with a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with an emphasis in Marketing, which has equipped her with the knowledge and skills to excel in her career. Krissy’s early exposure to real estate through her grandmother’s investment properties sparked her lifelong interest in the industry. She began her real estate journey in 2007 and later joined the Coldwell Banker Realty Kapolei Office in 2014. Since then, Krissy has been an integral member of the team, living, working, and playing in Kapolei and the West Side of O’ahu. Krissy is known for her unwavering commitment to excellence, keen attention to detail, and exceptional customer service. In her free time, Krissy enjoys an active lifestyle that includes hiking, beach-going, spending quality time with her children and attending live music performances whenever possible. Krissy also has a love for traveling and will seek out any opportunity to explore new and exciting destinations.
Shaula Furuyama
Shaula is an accomplished real estate professional with over two decades of experience in the industry. Originally from Honolulu and now residing in Waikele, she has been an integral member of the Coldwell Banker Realty team since joining the Kahala Office in 2002 and the Kapolei Office in 2013. Drawing on her background in graphic design, customer service, purchasing, and administration, Shaula is highly skilled in managing complex transactions and delivering exceptional service to the agents. She is a detail-oriented professional with a strong work ethic and a deep appreciation for the power of teamwork. Shaula understands that simple gestures such as a smile or hello can make a significant impact on building positive relationships with clients and colleagues. Shaula enjoys the opportunity to continuously learn new things and connect with people from diverse backgrounds. Outside of work, Shaula can be found pursuing her hobbies, which include playing golf, traveling (especially to Japan), attending music and sports events, and spending quality time with family and friends.
Lydia Santos
Lydia is a highly skilled and experienced real estate professional who brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise to the industry. A native San Franciscan and faithful Bay Area sports fan, she grew up in the Haight Ashbury neighborhood before making the move to O’ahu in 2017. Lydia joined Coldwell Banker Realty’s Kahala office in 2018 and transferred to the Kapolei office in 2022, where she has become a valuable member of the team. Lydia’s extensive background in database management, customer service, and administrative support has equipped her with the skills and knowledge to consistently deliver exceptional service to her clients. Her positive vibes and Aloha spirit make her a pleasure to work with, and she is highly regarded by both colleagues and clients alike. In addition to her work in real estate, Lydia is an active member of her community, volunteering as an usher at St. John Apostle & Evangelist Church. She is a happy resident of Mililani, where she enjoys spending time with family, playing the ukulele, and crocheting stuffed animals. Lydia’s love of music and dancing, as well as her fur baby beast, Leo, bring joy to her life and add to her well-rounded personality.
